Our Working Standards
Each order is inspected before shipment. Product-specific material, stone, plating and certificate requirements should be confirmed before production.
Jewelry is vacuum-sealed, wrapped and protected with padding before being placed into the shipping package.
Payment terms depend on order value and project details. Please confirm final terms in the quotation before payment.
DHL is commonly used for international shipping. FedEx, UPS and other shipping options may be available upon request.
